Welcome to my Blog

I chose the title of this blog to go with a Beatles song from 1969. The title made sense in October of 2009 because fighting cancer might be a drawn out challenge. I take inspiration where I can, and hope to motivate with my musings about music, my status and anything else related to life. Anyone can post comments; no sign in or account is needed, just click on the comments section towards the bottom of the post and write me a note. A splendid time is guaranteed for all. Live Happy- Greg

The Stars and Stripes and Eagle Fly"

Time to represent our soldiers firefighters and police officers too, with Arron Tippin's post 2001 ode to this great Country. it made think another ten years will go even more quickly. I hope you are feeling better today. Yes we should remember all who sacrificed for our freedoms. Yesterday the Westborogh Baptists were protesting at New Hope (because we support the troops, and love and accept people) They are very confused. They have been in Portland for a few days. Someone turned the spriklers on near where they were, I have to say it was amusing.

Greg is getting his sense of humor back. The Dr. thinks there are signs of improvement. He thinks his mouth and throat sores are starting to heal, but they are also doing another chest x-ray to make sure there isn`t anything in the lungs even though they did one 2 days ago.Greg states`It`s okay I am not running a marathon in 2wks.`The Dr. loved it and will stating that quote more often.
