I chose the title of this blog to go with a Beatles song from 1969. The title made sense in October of 2009 because fighting cancer might be a drawn out challenge. I take inspiration where I can, and hope to motivate with my musings about music, my status and anything else related to life. Welcome Home!
So very glad to hear there is positive news about the insurance issue.
After catching up on the blog, I have to say from someone who never really gave music a thought other than turn the radio on.. there is much behind the tunes. I am impressed with your interest and understanding.. and understanding of others on your blog so you can actually exchange ideas about it all.. I am learning a lot!!
We have had some snow, now mostly rain. The break in the weather allowed my husband to head to Montana to pick up a mule for Christmas. Her name is Sophie and she will hopefully be my rock solid mount to take me to all the new places to explore up here.
Had my second deer accident last night.. I was heading up the final hill before our driveway when a group darted across the street.. three in front of me and two right in to my door. They are so fast and there is nothing you can do. Fortunately, they were going faster than I was and I was driving a Jeep Wrangler so they hit the side bar. I will hope thay are ok as they both bounded off the road as if nothing happened.
Work is going well, though there are now days that are more challenging. I just hit 90 days so the Honeymoon period is almost over.
