Welcome to my Blog

I chose the title of this blog to go with a Beatles song from 1969. The title made sense in October of 2009 because fighting cancer might be a drawn out challenge. I take inspiration where I can, and hope to motivate with my musings about music, my status and anything else related to life. Anyone can post comments; no sign in or account is needed, just click on the comments section towards the bottom of the post and write me a note. A splendid time is guaranteed for all. Live Happy- Greg

A hard Days Night

For an unknown reason I developed a slight fever Monday afternoon that ended up becoming a bit more concerning into the evening. So- back to the hospital again with alternating 102-103 fevers, the shakes and antibiotics/fluids. I am in room 10C4 at St. Joes's.  The phone number is 253-426-4100 ext. 127-1034. I will get back to some proper postings when I get this fever/infection thing taken care of, after receiving some blood transfusions too. Have a terrific Tuesday!

Hi Greg,
Chris Peterson here. I have been enjoying your blog off and on for last few months and wishing you the best. I don't think I can do the stair climb, but I do walk a lot. This year will be my 10th 60-mile walk against breast cancer. So, speaking of walking, I am co-captaining the SeaTac Relay for Life Team. We would like to dedicate our team to you this year if you are agreeable. The Highline Relay for Life will be at Highline Stadium in Burien on June 12-13th. For all those affected by cancer...F*CK CANCER! (Will I get sensored for that?)
Sincerely,
Survivor for 3 years,
Chris :)

Sorry you are under the weather, but take it easy and enjoy the rest. The stairs can wait until tomorrow!

I agree with the above,
rest Greg, let your body rest and don't worry about the stairs. Plenty of time for that later. I hope this morning finds you feeling better. I'll call later,
Love, your sister
