Welcome to my Blog

I chose the title of this blog to go with a Beatles song from 1969. The title made sense in October of 2009 because fighting cancer might be a drawn out challenge. I take inspiration where I can, and hope to motivate with my musings about music, my status and anything else related to life. Anyone can post comments; no sign in or account is needed, just click on the comments section towards the bottom of the post and write me a note. A splendid time is guaranteed for all. Live Happy- Greg

"For You Blue"

A Seattle Police Officer was killed in the line of duty last night. I dedicate this post to the Officer, his loved ones, partner and co-workers. Please keep the officer and all of the Seattle Police Department family in your hearts and prayers.

I will keep the family in my prayers. Such a senseless act. Love, Cathy

Prayers for his family, the student and I pray for the quick apprehension of the assailant. So many thoughts, so few words to do them justice.

The officer was assasinated for no reason that we know of yet. He was training a newer female officer just out of the academy, she was also shot but is recovering. G

It was great to see you at Officer Brenton's funeral. You looked great! WHy don't you sing a little ditty yourself and post it? My vote is for Maggie May by Rod Stewart:) I will patiently wait for your post!
Always,
